Cardiff is a vibrant and well-connected capital city, offering a wide range of accommodation options for visitors. QoMEX 2026 will take place at Cardiff University.

Due to major events taking place in Cardiff during the conference period, accommodation availability is expected to be limited. We strongly recommend that participants book their accommodation as early as possible.

To support attendees, the organising committee is working with local partners and hotels to provide recommended accommodation options at a range of price points. Details and booking links are provided below.

Accommodation Booking Service (Meet in Cardiff)

We are pleased to be working with Meet in Cardiff, the city’s official Convention Bureau, who are providing a free accommodation booking service.

This flexible service allows you to search and book accommodation based on your preferences and budget. Special rates have been negotiated at selected hotels close to the conference venue.

Park Lane Aparthotel (Urban Space)

Location: Opposite the National Museum, Cardiff city centre

A limited number of studio apartments are available for QoMEX 2026 attendees at Park Lane Aparthotel, offered by Urban Space.

Availability:
Only 4 studio apartments are currently available.

Important:
These apartments are not included in the online accommodation booking system and must be arranged directly through the conference organisers.
