REGISTRATION POLICIES

QoMEX 2026 adheres to the following registration policies:

  • Each attendee must register separately.
  • Each accepted full, short, or demo paper must have at least one author with full (non-student) registration by May 29, 2026.
  • A full (non-student) registration may cover up to two papers. The second paper requires at least an additional student registration (proof required). The student must be the first author of the second paper and attend the conference.

REGISTRATION INCLUDES

Each full or student registration includes:

  • Admission to all sessions in the main QoMEX program
  • Admission to all workshops
  • Lunches and coffee breaks
  • Access to the conference proceedings
  • All social events in the program:
    • Welcome reception
    • Gala dinner
    • After party

 

OTHER REGISTRATION POLICIES

  • To qualify for the early registration fee, payment must be received in full by May 29, 2026.
  • Payments received after this date will be charged at the late registration rate.
  • Additional banquet tickets for accompanying persons are available for £100.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

  • Cancellations must be submitted via email.
  • Refund policy:
    • Before June 15: 20% processing fee
    • After June 16: no refund (100% charge)

 

AUTHOR NO-SHOW POLICY

  • IEEE reserves the right to exclude papers from publication (e.g., IEEE Xplore) if not presented.
  • Each accepted paper must be presented in person by an author or a qualified substitute.
  • Papers not presented onsite will be removed from the official proceedings.
